Description
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager based in Oxford. Due to a sustained increase in exciting and high profile projects, my client is seeking an experienced project manager.
All Candidates should have the following credentials:
•An ability to enthuse and motivate those around you
•Possess the ability to act independently as the lead PM taking small and large scale projects from developing the client brief to completion
•Be predominant experience must be in the commercial sector
•Be commercially astute
•Be prepared to travel, manage international projects and ‘stand on your own feet’
•Possess excellent experience in managing design teams and an ability to interrogate the design not just report
•Minimum of 5 years experience
•Be MRICS qualified as a PM, BS or QS
•IT literate and proficient in MS Project
